What is kratom and alkaloids?
Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a tropical tree that grows mainly in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. Its leaves are rich in potent alkaloids, the most famous of which is mitragynine.
Kratom contains approximately 0.5–2% alkaloids, where up to 69.4% of this is mitragynine, an alkaloid responsible for both stimulating and relaxing effects.

How to use kratom tablets
Kratom tablets should be swallowed whole and followed with plenty of water. The onset of the effect is slower than with powdered kratom, because the tablets dissolve in the digestive tract. 1 tablet (0.95 g) is recommended for beginners, the standard dose is 3–5 tablets, depending on the required intensity.
