We connected with our supplier via the internet – how else, when we are on different continents. I don’t believe in coincidences. I think that when two people are supposed to meet, the universe makes it happen. And that was exactly the case with the two of us. We have been working together for 7 years, during which time a professional relationship has become a true friendship.

We travelled part of Indonesia together, visited the kratom jungles, shared countless lunches, dinners and glasses of kratom. We sang and danced together and had many unforgettable moments. We both know we can trust each other and that’s very important to me. It is because of our long-term cooperation that we entered into an exclusivity agreement – our supplier does not deliver to another seller in Europe and we don’t either.

Our kratom is truly unique and you won’t find it anywhere else. Shared values, mutual trust and respect are the greatest benefits of our cooperation.

We start with the collection itself. Our farmers are part of the Appuri organization, which provides education, fair conditions and above-average payment. Only healthy leaves are collected at optimal maturity (50–60 days), when the mitragynine content is highest. Unlike other suppliers who harvest leaves after 30 days to produce more at the expense of quality, we place emphasis on quality over quantity.

Our supplier is the only Indonesian exporter to Europe that has its own laboratory for kratom testing. Each batch is also tested in the Czech Republic for heavy metals and to ascertain its microbiological composition. This ensures that our kratom is not only extremely effective, but also harmless to health.

Expensive, unique machines in our supplier’s plant ensure precise processing of kratom, unparalleled in the kratom industry. In addition, innovations and process improvements are still in the works – development is definitely not over. We don’t just want to buy cheap boxed wine, but are partial to top quality wine.

Our kratom is always dried in a greenhouse, in a strictly controlled area or in the sun, but always in hygienic conditions. The competition often dries leaves on the streets, where kratom can become contaminated by garbage, animals or dust, which can compromise the safety of its use.

Behind the quality of our kratom are the unique and very expensive machines used by our supplier, which ensure perfect processing. For example, we use a special “blender” that evenly mixes up to 250 kg of powder, ensuring even distribution of alkaloids and perfect mixing. Without this process, each teaspoon of kratom powder or packet could have a different effect (mitragynine content), but this will not happen with us.

We also have a machine that can dry kratom perfectly during the rainy season. Our rainy season kratom contains the same amount of the active ingredient mitragynine as dry season kratom, unlike competitors, where quality often fluctuates. For us, there are no compromises – quality comes first. From the beginning, we have focused on exceptionally high-quality kratom, which we can stand behind with a clear conscience. We make sure that it is produced precisely, that the farmers are fairly compensated for their work and work in appropriate conditions. That’s why we always pay our suppliers more than our competitors.
