When exchanging an item, always let us know in advance that you plan to exchange the item, as we may not have the item you require in stock. In the case of returns, please include in the shipment a completed withdrawal form together with your bank account number so we can process your refund.

• Dosage for beginners: Start with 1-1.5 g of kratom, which is equivalent to half a level teaspoon. Use between meals for the best results. Start with a smaller dose and gradually increase it depending on how you react to the kratom.
• For advanced users: If you already have experience with kratom, the normal dose is 2-5 g grams, which is roughly one teaspoon. For a more pronounced effect, you can use kratom on an empty stomach, but we recommend this procedure only to more experienced users. For the analgesic effects of red kratom, a dosage of 5-10 g is appropriate.
• Red kratom is processed differently to other types of kratom. Unlike green and white kratom, which are dried in a greenhouse, red kratom is dried in the sun for twice as long. Due to this process, the composition of alkaloids is different – the level of mitragynine, which is associated with a euphoric effect, is reduced, but the level of 7-hydroxymitragynine, which has an analgesic effect, is increased.
